http://enformable.com/2011/12/sequoyah-nuclear-reports-tritium-levels-exceeding-20k-pcil-in-offsite-groundwater/

The article says it all, I live right next to the plant, and I pretty much trust them with my life every day. A friend of mine is a Nuclear Engineer there and he says and I quote

"The Tritium level raises every time a new well is dug, but the only thing this time is the fact that it wen't over the threshold of picocuries for sustainable drinking water. It's bad, but the news stories inflate the whole thing and forget the fact that it's pretty standard for the tritium levels to spike. Maybe this will wake up the scientific world so we can de-radiate the waste or shorten their half lives atleast.

Well, It's definitely not that severe. I have not developed any sort of tumor or cancerous growth.
