Denied Admins Section.

Ive noticed a number of locked and denied apps in the open. I was thinking there could be a denied admin forum to organise the denied from the pending.

I move over a 100 of them months ago took me like 3 hours. I haven't gotten around to moving any new ones lately and apparently no one else has either.
