Dude I'm not really sure. Make sure you put in enough props for people to possess as spectators though! I wonder if there's a way to make a prop you can drive around as a spectator, like something on wheels.. xD

Needs to be dimly lit and have graffiti on some of the houses.
And also a good amount of trees, to give it a closed in and depressed atmosphere, or ambiance. I disagree with adding an orange skybox, warm colors in a ghetto don't really work. a dark blue or possibly nighttime sky would work. Also, don't have too many spots that are visible from many different directions, try to make the map closed in and cramped, to give it more of a feel of being small and depressing.
That is just how I would go about making a ghetto, but you may want to do it differently. That's ok, I just wanted to through some ideas out there.

I originally planned it to be tigheter and bigger, but I decided to that I could always expand in the future quickie-mart or maybe a gas station/garage as a next possible add on (Next Release)
But for playability I wanted to leave enough space for people to get confused
We'll see how it goes soon I'm almost ready for a test.

Lookin real good. Only thing I have to say is that it needs a more darker feeling too it. Even more darker skybox or something like that. Night time map maybe

Make it in a sunset
Or maybe go with Emo's idea, but make sure the lamps are on... and put some in the houses too.

Funny thing is I originally had this map Dark before taking screenies, then decided on light..... the houses are lit. Maybe I'll do a Night setting and you guys can judge.

Ah yes, have the cleaner looking houses have lights and if the house is more broken down the obviously give it dim, less or broken flashing lights
