Map really looks nice global, I like the streetlights like that. More barrels! You need a plethora of barrels!
The rooms seem a little too open though Global, maybe putting a wall dividing those rooms, connecting them with a door or a hallway, would be nice. You could throw a bathroom in there, a small one with just a toilet and a sink. That way it would feel less open and it wouldn't be so overpowered because zombies would have time to attempt to get in without being seen at every entry spot from one angle.

i guess with that in mind I'll release a ZPS version and then convert it to TTT. It only makes sense being that it's already configured for that.

This is looking really nice.
May I suggest (like others have), adding a point_spotlight on the lamps, as well as using light_spots for the light. If you want to go full out you could even use a trigger texture tied to a func_dustmotes.

I've been working a lot this week but have been thinking of some things to do.
The dustmotes is a def, I just might switch the color of the lamps to one of those shitty copper looking colors that so many city lamps have
*as i stare at one*
