LOL, unfortunately cannot game TTT right now (gaming system dead and no funds for new) but If you have questions, or nuances, needing clarification, feel free to contact me via PM.   

Basically this: Be slow to anger, do not be too quick react (to ensure you are 100% correct the fellow is intentionally breaking rules) and be slow to over punish.  (Why ban the fellow for 3 decades, when a simple mute will do?)

Whenever this occurs on most any mod, I find it the easiest, although probably not the most fun, way to fix an issue is to delete the mod and its corresponding folder,  then reinstall, fresh...

Yes, I am.  And I have computer parts laying around that are older than you are... (and they still work.)
And yes, I built the system.  Booted faster and shut down faster than any other system I have seen, including my "designed for quick booting" ASuS netbook.

My printer is an HP Laserjet 6MP networked with an HP JetDirect EX Plus.  Yeah check the dates on those... If it aint broke, and works well...

PC.

My favorite was a home build Celeron A 333 with an original TNT 16mb video card from Creative (yeah, the sound guys did graphics cards...) and a A3D based Monster sound card (yes, someone else did 3D sound far better than Creative, so they sued them out of existence...)

It would run Quake 2 at 1024x768 and larger, I had the visual advantage, I could see the enemy before they could see me...

Ok.  I will say this: Raging as an Admin is not good, as it gets the Admin in trouble.  It makes for unnecessary drama, too.

So.  Honest question:  What will you do if you get angry when you admin?  Will you rage and do harm to a player, and the reputation of CG?   

If Slyder and Ducky say give him a shot, then do so.   However, we have had enough rage admin abuse of late.
