I was doing my best to legit kill a spy using the L'tranger + Cloak.

HA as if, you were sitting on top of the stairs in the corner saying: "I have time to wait", that is camping plain and simple. Every time I shot you you took 2 steps out of your hiding spot and then turned around and ran straight back in.
Slightly offtopic but if you can't kill a single spy when you have 16k health and some saws to help you build up your rage then you really suck at VS hale, that or you weren't

You wore the tag of a group that's not welcome here, your only good defense was that you were "joking", but if you were joking then why, as blackllama pointed out, were you banned from other servers as well?
You were a part of a hacking/trolling group, we don't like people like that on our servers and you got banned for it.
Deal with it.

Other than that you have made a ridicules amount of admin applications so its a -1 from me, because if someone has to apply more than 3 times then its highly likely that there is something wrong with the person.

In actuality, he asked permission, before posting, this time. He asked me if it was "o.k" to reapply. I advised him to get permission from Towersheep, as he is Head Admin to the server. I'm sorry but both are kinda crap.
BF3 isnt even close to being completed, way too many bugs, crashes, random DCs, map unbalances and so on. + EA is a bunch of shitstains that want to ban you for a problem they have. And of course Origin, the nonfunctional, unneeded, nothing adding, processing power hogging money grubbing assfuck excuse for a program.

MW3 yes its rehashed but there is nothing really wrong with that, the "zombie" mode in it is a ton of fun and worth a lot, the mp itself has quite a few nice things and there are not really too many problems. Dont get tubed often, air support isn't utter op shit anymore.

MW3 is a game when you play when you want to have random exploding fun, it's a personal preference and its dumb to hate someone because of it.
BF3 on the other has objective problems rather than subjective. So this means that when you are being objective then you have to pick MW3, but both are crap so it doesn't really matter.
Its like comparing a turd and and a turd that has some sugar coating on it, sure one might be better but the other one but they are still turds.

You can only wear them on full moons (happen once a month) and on halloween (once a year), on those days you can wear them on any server.
So overall you can use them for around 25 days a year.

First of my I kinda fucked up with not responding earyler, comp upgrading and other things got in the way so really my bad.

Now a few things about your post.

False. You brought the barrel into the room and stayed in the room, had you closed the door you would have survived the explosion.

and Symbolzzzz decided to just shoot the barrel, killing us all except for one person.

False again, I was not the one to shoot the barrel. I can't recall the name of the person that did it but he got his karma knocked down to around 500 and the events log had his name on all the kills. I am pretty sure he got banned as well, but I am not certain.

In addition, if I were to be killed for HAVING the barrel, you WOULDNT shoot the barrel, you would just shoot ME and then move the barrel away.

I was shooting at your face with a deagle, but since its TTT the headshots registered as bodyshots and someone shot the barrel before I managed to kill you.

Now onto this the ban itself.
The rule for shooting explosive barrels (and I discussed it with towere before banning you) was that the kills made by someone shooting the barrel went to the carrier of the barrel, rather then the shooter.
This in mind you got 6 teamkills with that barrel, that is mass RDM that in turn is a permanent ban.
You broke the rules and got your punishment.

Favoritism for a player I have never seen before, hardly.
And I never said I was with war the whole time. Just the end of the round. Also consider sounds. I would have heard if it had been war that shot him. As for your teleproter arguments, I heard no teleporting sounds nor were there any teleport marks on the ground.
As for gagging or muting him. He did nothing wrong and you started spamming the admin chat and the regular chat. If anyone deserved a gagg to avoid problems it would have to have been you. I was being nice and this is what I get for it? A shitty thread. Gee thanks.
As for him spamming on the mic. I never heard it he only said a few sentances every 30 seconds and thats avarage for a person with a mic TTT.
