It seems most people are concerned with the lack of attendance you provide while claiming to be on the servers. You also mentioned this before:

Seeing as you have a full-time job and I'm guessing you've committed most of your time and energy into that, how can you commit to becoming an admin? (IF you were to be one)
From my perspective you kind of jumped out of the bushes and said "HEY, I wanna be admin" and not a lot of people have seen you active.
Plus zero for the time being.
this is only because of the Moderation post asking for European admins, and when this week is over i got my GCSE and then i can be only almost nonstop for 2 weeks and THEN i got a switching time for the playing, but i am always back after 4 PM dutch time and i can play from 5 to 10 (maybe later maybe earlier depends on the time i got to start next day) but in the weekends i can be online everyday

These kinds of posts really don't work, we are aware that there is an issue with lack of admins. TTT takes an ungodly amount of administration to function properly.
If the issue is not enough admins, there is no way to streamline new good admins. If there was a button to press for more European admins we would've pressed by now, trust me.
If the issue is admins not wanting to play, there is nothing you can do to get them to play. Removing their admin does not make them admin any more then they already do.
If the issue is real life getting in the way, it's real life. Also nothing that can be done about it.
well, if its a real issue i could make an app for admin, as im dutch, but the times that im home from work: monday: 4 pm (dutch time) thuesday: 3 pm, wensday : 3 pm thursday: 1 pm friday: 4 pm and then im off whole weekend
if more than 2 admins say its no problem im gona app for admin

i can script myself for free, so why ask people to do it for me for money? this is just a friendly competition. also on the scripting how to do it. http://maurits.tv/data/garrysmod/wiki/wiki.garrysmod.com/index0e63.htmlanimations are a req part(world animations), how clean the script is(no unneeded lines) is not affecting your performance
