If the issue is admins not wanting to play, there is nothing you can do to get them to play. Removing their admin does not make them admin any more then they already do.

If the issue is real life getting in the way, it's real life. Also nothing that can be done about it.

Well if your going to even apply to be an admin you should be willing to put the hours into playing the game to do your duties. Kinda stupid if you purposely don't play because you'd rather play something else.
