So I got FRAPS 3.4 and started recording my desktop
If I set to full size my comp runs slow
Half size it runs fast but the quality is shitty
I save my videos to a 3.7 gigabyte flash drive, and a 2 minute videos takes up like 25% of that...
any thoughts on this?

so fix the registry lol their are programs for that
CCleaner doesn't detect any more registry problems.. And I tried using Firefox but that didn't work. Flash is updated. I would like to point out it is all of the Chatroulette-like sites that do this.

 There is a screenshot of what the troubleshooter says after I loaded up the Multiplayer GMod Server List and then exited the game. I think my router is a Linksys I don't really know a lot about this kind of stuff

Help Request Subject: Trying to join a Garrysmod server crashes my Internet
Specific people needed to read this: once again, anyone who can help
Summarize help request in one sentence: When I start up GMod and go into the server selection screen my Internet begins to crash and I can not always join a server that shows up.
Additional Info: My Internert will start right back up after a few minutes when I quit GMod. Running the troubleshooter for Internet Connections will have it say, The DNS server was not responding, but it cannot fix it so I have to wait.
Importance level(low,medium,high): Medium
Steam related?: Probably not

turn multicore rendering off in the options menu if it's on
my css would crash all the time with HL2.exe due to multicore rendering so when i turned it off it stopped the crashes
I don't even have the option of turning that on. I think because I am on a laptop for some reason
