Hey everyone. Hope you are all doing well. Just wanted to move the news forward for CG.

And give everyone a little bit of an update to what I've been up to.
I'm back in education, and I'm learning a lot about embedded systems.

Which brings me to CG, or gaming as a whole.
And something called gamedate.

I've got no clue if CG can ever or would ever have the opportunity to come back. Every couple months or so, someone messages me asking if Conjoint Gaming could make a return. But even though they express interest they never have any follow through.

So the outlook there is uncertain, however what I think might be more possible is using something like https://gamedate.org/ for the community at large to get back together for a one night event. And, if it goes well maybe we'll do it again, and again etc.

Let me explain in quick what GameDate is (no I didn't make it sadly but it is a great idea).

What happens is we decide on a date, and a old dead game like The Ship, TTT, Hidden Source etc.
We book a time, get together a collection of people for some time in the future, meet up and play.

I'm not going to set the date, time or idea in stone right this moment, so I'm treating this post as a feeler to get everyone's opinion on the idea, so leave a comment below or post something if you like the idea.
