Also to clarify team speak 3 is VERY NEW and much better than Ventrilo and Shockvoice and the old team speak 2

Step 1.
Download Team Speak 3 CLIENT from
http://www.teamspeak.com/ download the one that is best suited for your OS
Step 2. Install it
Step 3. Open up Team Speak 3 and at the top of your TS3 (Team Speak 3) you will see "Connections" "Bookmarks" "Self" CLICK ON "Connections" and click on "connect". Then, put in the following info:
IP=74.63.64.201
port= 9987
Password:Leave blank
Nickname:Put what you want your nickname to be.
Step 4. Hit connect and GRATZ you are now in the server
Step 5. To set up your talk key go to the >> at the top of your TS3 in the right upper hand corner and then go to "Settings" then hit "Options"
Step 6. A menu should pop up in the menu go to "Capture" and set to the settings to your liking
