Question is, can they be online while you're accessing their library? Like is it the same as accessing their account, or is it completely separate? Let's say I wanted to play the game he's playing at the same time, is that a possibility?

They might be able to be online, but cannot play at the same time. It is a bit like lending your account, except they can't fuck with anything and you can booth them off at any time when you want to play. I don't see this doing much harm.

I've been looking for something like this.
Single player games don't go far past a certain point, and if a friend wants in to play, I see no reason in passing it along.
I can also see this going past local computers, esp. if this mode is enabled offline.

This is great. They even encourage it between close friends, not just family.
As for any questions on two people using it; If friend is playing your game and you decide to hop on friend will get message that he will be booted out in a few minutes and it gives him a link to buy the game I think.
Overall a genius concept and the way they are handling it is pretty workable.

Will this give access to hackers? If they get vac banned on one account, they can simpley transfer the game to an non-vac banned account..
Unless it works differently to prevent that..?

Games don't transfer. It's basically logging into their account without logging into their account if that makes sense. I assume VAC banned people would still be unable to play VAC using games because they are still technically using their main account that is VAC banned.
