Ouch, I really think you should ask your parents what exactly they did with your PC/video card.
I kinda doubt you can screw up a video card like that without noticing.

Maybe they dropped it or some shit?  Open it up and see if there is any physical damage?

Your first problem is letting your parents use your PC

I've helped my parents with computer problems enough to know I wouldn't be getting my computer back in one peice

They never used it, they took it away for messing up at school. I know it didn't get dropped, because I was the one who handled it.

But yeah sitting around in a corner for 2 months can certainly cause problems.

That's it! They didn't have the courage to whip you, so they whipped your computer instead!  Meme7

I love how no one has even suggested a fix and are just making fun of him. Did you try all of the usual stuff like vertifying the cache or re-installing?
Does this look like a ball field to you sucka? This is a sandbox. For making sandcastles.

Only been in it once didn't really pay attention to the staff, I think their was an eatable thong... but that may have been a totally different store, ANYWAYS... lol.
The plunger could simply be out of view, the pants + it's location behind the toilet may hide it... Or it's a fraud and we need to take down the system with out golden axes while destroying the rest of the demon-spawn so that we may live in a utopia.

That's because we figure there's nothing wrong with the software, since it was fine before his parents took it. So we just think his parents did something with it.

Pretty simple logic, it was fine when he gave it to them, but got screwed up when he got it back --> maybe their parents mishandled it. Or else, if anything, it's any physical damage done to the video card (from all we know.)
Maybe some dust on the video card? I don't know.

Like I said, open it up, check for physical damage, dust it off with some compressed air, idk.

Just don't use a vacuum.
