Mr. Charles TKing/homophobic language/insulting admins on ZM

Any administrators on the server?: Me, Dante, Otter, all of which I'm sure can back me up, Yahtzee might have been there too

What was the problem/offense?: He TKed people by jumping on boats the people were on so they fell in the water and died, then when he was slayed for this offense called us the worst admins ever and left.  He then later rejoined for about 10 seconds to say over Mic "Everyone on this server is a bunch of fa****s especially the admin Christovski" and left instantly so we couldn't use the ban command.  (He targeted me probably because I was the one who told him not to TK, and then I punished him for TKing me)

Also even regular admins do not have access to sm_addban so this is the only way we can get people banned who leave the server before we can use the admin command.

He left before we could ban him. sm_addban needs adding ASAP.

Both Otter and myself have tried to use sm_addban and it tells us we do not have access to that command.

Ok... this is very strange. But sm_addban requires rcon, and thus the admin must have rcon flag.

Which I think is sort of silly. However, I believe Regular admins need to become a higher status of admin so I'm going to pop it in.
Try sm_addban now.
