I'm on my phone so I might have read it wrong but I see rdm x3, you didn't get a screenshot of him leaving though, no way to prove he left.

Does it show players leaving in the server log?

No idea, next time get the steam id's with the damage logs, if he left his ID wouldn't show. Easiest way.

for what i see there's only 2 rdm and we cant see if he left or not

the first he kill was a rdmer
the second that he almost kill was a rdm
the kill on zybra was because he try to kill the traitor who was the last guys unproven , and he the detective open fire on the first who shoot and was a rdm 

for the leaving part we cant see it because only admin can see people joining/leaving

add a bind to status and dmg log , like tyber said already it's will help to know if he left or not or just a screenshot of the scoreboard
a bit late for a answer but , i'll request on lock because we cant prove he left and we cant ban him
