Syncing music to iPod without iTunes?

I have a jailbroken iPod. Everytime I sync with iTunes let's just say they don't like some of my current apps and will delete them upon sync. I've tried many work arounds but so far have none. I wish to add music to my iPod library. I've tried winamp but that's long dead with support. SO any ideas or help?
btw I have an iPod Touch 3rd gen 32GB.

Yeah, old iTunes sorta, I never use it much so...
I might have found a work around. Something that makes it so iTunes "likes" my apps and recognizes them.
Currently syncing as we speak and it works from the looks of how it is going.
If all else fails I'll use Media Monkey.

I just had this problem. Try the following steps.
1. Reinstall your iTunes, Download the latest version.
2. If you download your music like i do sometimes you get a bad torrent and the mp3's in that torrent do not copy to iTunes, download another torrent.
3. Restart your computer (I'm sure you've done this)
4. Restore your iPod.
5. Delete the iPod drivers.
Anything else i can think of is just keep trying to sync it, open it and close it. Plug your iPod into a different USB port. Make sure the drivers download again.
Hope this helped. (:

Itunes... Ipod...
Try maybe re-installing you jailbreak OS if the Itunes outdated client doesn't work.
