Gmod Won't Start Up?
« on: May 18, 2013, 12:14:16 PM »
Everytime I press play; my name turns green as if I'm ingame.

Well then, I wait.. and wait..

Nothing happends
and then It says I'm not playing a game anymore.

No crashes, it just won't start up.

Any help is appreciated!

It's a steam bug, happens with most source games atm, just restart steam, should work.

Only been in it once didn't really pay attention to the staff, I think their was an eatable thong... but that may have been a totally different store, ANYWAYS... lol.
The plunger could simply be out of view, the pants + it's location behind the toilet may hide it... Or it's a fraud and we need to take down the system with out golden axes while destroying the rest of the demon-spawn so that we may live in a utopia.

does it say "Registry Error", if it's a message box?

Anyway, exit steam, mosey on over to your steam install folder and delete clientregistry.blob, start up steam.

If that doesn't work, try other games *HL2/TF2 - Source games* and see if they work, if they do then it's a problem with your Garry's Mod.

If it IS a problem with your Gmod, Verify integrity of game cache, reinstall, w/e.
