I bought CS:GO on steam 26 hours ago and whenever I try to install the game it says "Your purchase is still being processed- Steam will notify you when the transaction has been completed. Until then, this game is not available to play." This has not happened before and after 26 hours I would have expected this to have gone through already. Is this a normal thing or is this a common occurrence???

It means theyre reviewing your account for potential fraud, if they dont like it theyll delete it, if not itll cancel the transaction and you just have to try again.

No, I just checked earlier today and it allowed me to install.

It's basically what hair said. Since people can just take their parent's cards and just buy shit off steam.

They check to make sure it doesn't happen or they check for "fraud" payments
