Is this true? U.S. Government bill to censor websites?

Is this real or not? I don't usually pay attention to what the government does because I could really care less as long as it doesn't affect mine or anyone elses wellbeing, and someone posted about this website on Facebook.

Sept. 2010... The old legislation does not transfer to the new legislative term, usually.  Search around and see if they renewed the bill.

From what I understand on the website, a different bill was proposed called Protect IP, that does the same thing as the first bill I guess, and the date on the entry to the website was May 13 2011...

I don't know if that has anything to do with what you said or not, really.

And if it does if this website would be deemed to distribute illegal property, or even MENTIONING it, it could be blocked from you know, probably over half of the players, including Wholegrain.
