I've never really had any major problems when I've played with him, but I know a lot of others have. When I played with him he's a good player and all, but there has been a variety of problems with other admins (Which have been proven true), and it doesn't seem like he's going to learn to abide the rules any time soon.
I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to say that this should probably stay, and if you want to appeal in the future, do so. Because even now with this app. It's just a whole lot of shoddy reasoning.

Wow nice find! Reminds me of the time I was making toast whilst playing Half-Life 2 and there was a three on the toast when it came out!
I highly doubt you would make toast while you play Half-Life 2. Crumbs are bad for your keyboard.
So are sticky liquids but it doesn't stop you

Yeah, that's definitely the case - those who believe are more prone to being put into a 'trance-like state'.
I remember on TV a few years back, Darren Brown had a special on where he played a sequence of images and animations, so as to make the TV audiences completely stuck/frozen to their chairs. I had a few friends over when it was happening and once it was over most were stuck to their seats and had mixed reactions (Freaking out, amazement, etc), I thought they were joking but they really couldn't move by themselves until a few minutes after.
