Zombie Panic: Source / Re: ZPS No-Bunny hopping rule

Bunny hopping, to the extreme, would be considered negatively impacting game play.

My opinion: Warn (verbal and written) then slap and warn (get their attention) then kick then ban.

Key term "perceived lack"

This event shows NATO doing the majority of the lifting...

Sigh.  Ok.  Look up the "War Powers Act."  This is basically a left over backlash from Vietnam.  Effectively, if a military action is over a set number of days, Congress forced a law back then, where the President would have to get Congressional approval for continuing the action.

Mostly, the situation is political football.   Congress has been briefed 10 times on the action.   But, due to the fact the President is from one party and the Congress is another, and there is possible political gain, they are slapping at him for the action.

Retreat is the incorrect word.

Also, the U.S. citizenship is tired of the perceived LACK of European action.   Whenever the UN or NATO (OTAN) go in, its the U.S. who has to take care of it. Europe will sign off on it, but not send troops, and neither will the rest of the world.  (The only one we ever see stepping up and supporting is Great Britain...)

In the case of Libya, the U.S. stated this: We will go in first, remove the anti-air capabilities, and minimize the threat of loss to our allies.  Which we did. We also stated this is a U.N. / NATO (OTAN) deal and the heavy lifting will be done by other nations.

Ironically, this is the first time we have seen other NATO members really step up.

Solved Applications / Re: Dark Emo TF2 Transfer

Yeah, it was a group decision (CL and HA) to place a few Vet Admins on the TF2, so we would have "instant" coverage.  The Vets that were given it, at the time, were ones we saw playing a lot.  that plus the ones we could contact for their steam id, or we had their steam id got status.

"Vets get admin on the servers they wish to be on, all you have to do is ask..."

Typically, THIS.

Except for special situations... all rights reserved.

Yahtzee, I think you need to tell the admins, they are, well, admins  ;D

"Also to anyone trying to debate the accuracy of either weapon I'd like to point out one thing. You never ever see any soldier or Terrorist just spray an entire AK Mag at the enemy..."

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RomKO0fs9AI" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RomKO0fs9AI</a>

Video of Libyan Rebels "spraying" with AK-47.

The recoil of an AK-47 is severe compared to a M-16. (In general, I have shot both.)  But it is not severe compared to higher calibers (say a 7.62x54r, or 30.06.) The reason the Soviets and Americans went to smaller calibers after WWII, were to lessen the recoil, and increase the volume of firepower. The AK-47 and the M-14 were the first real step down.  The AK-74 and the M-16 is yet a further drop.  Now there is consideration as to whether or not they dropped too far.  Gone to too small a caliber with too little stopping power.

FYI: Everyone please get the nomenclature correct.  Just because the Media calls it a "clip," does not mean they are correct...
Clip DNE Magazine.  A Clip is used to FEED a Magazine.

As for Zombies, well a 22lr might not be the best idea.  AS it might not penetrate the skull.   And aiming for an eye socket from a distance is, well, very hard in perfect conditions.  The Zombie Outbreak will not be perfect conditions...
