Ook, then it is not a mic specific age limit is it? It is more of a "what is a good age limit for rp and ttt?"
Kind of they are the only games where the player menu mute wont end up well on other its just fine.

Ok... Again. Everyone has the ability, thru the game menu, to MUTE any player.
Age general rules are fine, but there is most always an exception...
So... meh.
Well the problem with private muting is that in chat heavy gamemodes (rp and ttt) if you mute them then you will most likely miss out on something they say that was useful or important, that in turn will just make thing more complicated.

Age is not important at all, what counts are 3 things.
1) Annoying voice: if they have it then mute (if they dont stfu) if not then let them talk.
2) Is the mic working: if the mic is broken or sounds like shit then mute (again only if they wont stfu).
3) Maturity: if they are not mature enough to talk then mute (again if telling them to stfu wont work).

Kwarts truth be told shooting around someone might get them nervous and they will react by shooting back. If you get killed for shooting at the ground thats close to someone then it is half your fault, since there really is no reason to be going around randomly shooting other then getting people angry/confused/nervous and if your proding someone to see if they shoot back or to see how they react then its kinda your fault.
