I posted here because I've seen numerous people reporting issues but without evidence previously, and Death spoke to me about a few of these instances at length from whence some of this evidence in the OP comes from.
As soon as he is here, I'm leaving it up to him.

The above evidence is of you breaking the rules. Ergo if you know the rules and enforce them, you should not have broken them as the OP shows

Holy hell that's a lot of evidence. How long has this been going in for? Because I dont ever recall having problems with him when I played (like 2 months ago).
The oldest reports I was told of (but they had no evidence) wasn't long after he was promoted to Reg, 3 months or so ago.

I've heard numerous complaints of RDM but with no evidence.
Finally someone's got some proof that might put this to rest. I don't believe this is a +1/-1 situation Rainbow, this seems like something that is up to Cortez and/or the CLs, unless one of those folks says I'm wrong on this of course.

Dante could you please inform us how your connection is too poor to play ZM, however you can play DOTA and contagion earlier this week?
I'm pretty sure DOTA requires a pretty solid connection, more so than ZM. So please let us know why playing DOTA, Contagion, and Skyrim this week is more important than admining, since you took the entire month off because of it.

Considering how well it would work on the Wii U, and it would sell like hotcakes on the U, that may say something.
Isn't minecraft really hard on RAM? The reason the Xbox version is inferior to the PC version is because the console doesnt have enough RAM so the worlds are tiny. If the WiiU doesnt have much RAM they were probably like yeah its just gonna be a half-assed version so screw it

If you want Pillz, I can make a new thread (or maybe the CLs want to whip something up?) covering the whole issue of accountability and who has been punished for what, and making sure we have fair judgement and not someone being butthurt, so we can have a proper discussion of this issue
