I think everyone needs to lighten up. The teacher obviously messed up, but we all know, Christmas is white.

Regardless, telling someone they shouldn't have dressed up as someone because of their race is a pretty dick move

Menschen anderer Ethnien erhalten auf weiße Menschen für sie. Oszillierende sollte es nicht anders sein.

Let me save you some time

1. Wrecking ball
2. Wrecking ball
3. You get the message!

Wrecking ball isn't a bad song. If you actually look at the lyrics, and hear it presented by another, its actually pretty good.

Its also not on this list.

You should Ralph. Things would get done much faster here on the forums.

Dude, I'd love to help with forum backend stuff. I've made SMF my bitch for almost 1/6 of its lifespan.

Inject hit me up 4 sum fuk
other then php help I already know how to do the things we need on smf, but some php related help would be kwl at times. Things don't move slowly on the forums because I don't know how to do them, other reasons are what cause delays.

Also what screen resolution are you using?
iPad 4 resolution, 2048x1536. Might shrink/mess with the site though, since it is mobile. The first screen in the thread was taken on a 1920x1080 monitor on my main pc

Also I notice you mention graphic design in your signature, I'd be happy to help with that, on top of PHP if need be!

Good luck with the graphics stuff.

Inject doesn't like to give people stuff he needs done.

I have it

I WANT TO PLAY IT

But I refuse to play solo. I also can't set up my own server because there are no options to port forward with Optimum, and I refuse to use Hamachi.

If you are talking about your ISP, they wouldn't forward your ports, it'd be on your router in the web api.
Just talked to Lenin (as well as another friend). Neither could find out how to port forward with it.

What is the make and model of your router?

Ralph is moderator of his MC section and that gives him the Bans and Moderate~ tabs for some reason.

I have had this issue for a while, even with my low-res vertex full screened ATM the logout button is below the Home button and prevents me from clicking the first part from the threads-string (Conjoint Gaming [Game On] >> CG Technical > CG Comm sugg- > post reply) and sometimes causes accidental logouts.

I believe we should remove the Calander,  change My Messages to Mail, blahblah. That might help along with what Ralph said.

I don't have that problem at all and I'm using low res. What resolution is your pc at?

The words used were 'illegal' and 'hacked'.

I was trying to be nice and warn Ghast that stuff like that might be bad to post, before someone cracked down on him like Cadaver used to do.

Before you jump to conclusions Kwaurtz :P

The hacking posted in the rules as was said by both Cadaver and Inject is meant for DDOS/Game disrutions/advantages. Things like this where it is merely modifying your wii with a custom operating system, while it is hacking, it is also merely rooting the wii. Like I said, its similar to rooting my android phone and install a customer operating system. The word hacking is overused and has become such a stigma because of it, that it keeps being perpetuated incorrectly like it is here. Nothing is illegal about Ghasts link. A simply google would have filled anyone in on that.

Yes, oobla has been trying to abide by these:
http://www.conjointgaming.com/forum/index.php?topic=4404.0
9)   No posting or linking to Pirated Material of any kind.
11)   Illegal Activities will not be discussed, suggested, engaged in, encouraged, or bragged about here.

So just FYI, might wanna be careful with posting that URL here.

This is a misrepresentation of the rules in regards to what is actually illegal here.

Modifying your wii to use the homebrew channels, while is against the EULA with your Wii, is nowhere near any sort of violation concerning law's.  Homebrewing uses original coding as far as mods like this. Using it for that purpose in no way violates any laws.

Please don't go touting what is illegal and what isn't without further investigating.

But didn't Ghast just call it a hacked version??

By hacked, he is saying that it is using a modified non original Operating system for the wii, thus what homebrewing is. Its like the fact I have cyanogenmod installed on my phone in place of the default android OS.

In no way did Ghast link to anything that was illegal, or encourage piracy. He suggested an easy way to install the mod that CAN AND WILL break the eula on your Wii. But thats about it.

Ban Appeal / Re: Unbanning Crypto
« on: December 16, 2013, 07:01:52 PM »
The unpermaban procedure was put into place, because while a lot of people within the community can like someone or want them unbanned, it doesn't mean they will degenerate the community status, or not bring anything to the community table. That is why Cadaver set the standards up as they are, because so many people within the community will be inexperienced in dealing with situations, or uninformed of someones infractions.

Now, with that said, I will once again reiterate that Crypto has received three permabans already. This isn't a matter of second chances, this is us going back on our word, again, for a third time. As someone who has been on the receiving end of a permaban, it is pretty miserable, at least in my experience it was. Did I learn my lesson? Sure did. Do I still troll occasionally? Sure do, but everyone in CG does, but not to the point where you are so belittled you have no response.

If I were to ever get perma-banned again, I wouldn't expect to be able to come back.
