Depends on your budget.
I can build one that can play skyrim on mostly high settings for $600... Or you can buy superior and build one that'll run almost anything on the highest settings for the next 3 years for $1200

Some random shit case I found in my grandfather's old computer shop
Spent about $600 on it and runs virtually any game besides Saints Row the Third.. for some damn reason.
Don't some games require 2.6 ghz?

Corey I recommended banning all books you don't have or don't know. It can get chaotic no matter what system. I'm not talking clunky rules I'm talking OP stuff. I broke 4th on my first campaign without trying to. Also a great example of OP is Pun Pun, Google that kobolt and cry.
I also recommend banning the nine swords and Serpent kingdoms, things get stupid OP in them.
Are you rolling stats, point buy or?

I tried installing to play, never got it to work. Installing NMRiH today I realized SDK2007 was never installed like I thought it was, so I'd play now but I think it's a little late.
I also thought we had a ZM community but later learned Arbies took them all; but oh well. I've got enough to play with ZPS, TTT and NMRiH so I don't care about it anymore.
When did arbies leave?

I personally play a lot of Gurps (4th edition, 3rd edition is terrible), Exalted, and Dark Heresy/Rogue Trader. I've been looking into CoC d20 and pathfinder as well.
I have been thinking of getting Exalted, but i always hear that you are rolling 20x as many dice as old world of darkness and 10x as many as Scion. Is that true? Also my Hunter: The reckoning and Clan Book: Malkavian, advertised it as a prequel to owod is it still a prequel or did they through that out the window during production?

Dante, I can make you something similar, but it won't have a lot of the things you requested simply because when I do these things, if I don't like something, I will change it completely. Yahtzee, yours will just take a while because its you.
