I saw a simpsons death run map on another server, and we do need more maps. We need to hire a map scout, who goes from server to server looking for maps. Haha.
Yea lol zps_deathrun_simpsons_SoM_b4, My clan (SoM) made that map and a bunch of others, ive tried telling them that they should be more open and allow certain servers gain access to them but We've been having difficulties with little kids and random button spammers.

TYPE
"r_drawviewmodel 0" hides your weapon
"cl_drawhud 0" to hide your hud
"hud_saytext_time 0" to hide chat messages even if people continue to type out new messages
"hud_deathnotic_time 0" to make icons that tell who killed who with what hide
I usually bind mines like so:
Bind mouse30 "r_drawviewmodel 0; hud_saytext_time 0; hud_deathnotice_time 0; cl_drawhud 0"
Bind mouse31 "r_drawviewmodel 1; hud_saytext_time 11; hud_deathnotice_time 6; cl_drawhud 1"

So, this clan that i have been associated with for over 2 is currently hosting Fun maps. Originally when zps started making it's debut, the clan has been hosting stock and objective maps, but the number of people joining were declining. About 2 months ago from now, it was revived but instead of hosting stocks, objective and hardcore maps, it began hosting custom made fun maps, maps made by the clan players. What made it obvious for the number of people join was that the number of new people joining zps daily were kids intrested with maps that have common names (ex; zps_marioworld, thinking that its a fun map) and the word "Fun" on the server name, helped to populate.
Though Fun maps have been fun and do get new people into zps
But do they change what zps is?
Just think about, what would the future of zps be? Servers hosting fun maps, with few hosting stocks, objectives and hardcore. (unlikely, but what if?)
Q: Are fun maps ruining zps?
Q: Should Fun maps have its own gamemode or atleast be considered as a gamemode?
Q: Were the modders of zps aware of this?
