If you don't have screenshots, or logs of any sorts, than it doesn't look good.

goes out of his way to intentionally troll and T bait me. 'not biased' my ass.

Evidence? I find this hard to believe since he is a former admin as well.

Zombie Master / Re: Zombie Master 2 Release

Its not really that much of an improvement...

It is common sense. If you intentionally kill someone for no reason, it is RDM. That includes telefrags. If it was an accident, it isn't as clean cut. There isn't necessarily any way to prove if it was an accident or not, so it is more of a question of if he'll be given the benefit of the doubt.

I just wanna know when teleporting started to kill people. And if they were standing on the teleport spot, and this is common knowledge, then it seems to me that they were trying to bait it out.

413
Its like a unspoken rule of TTT, where if the other guy didn't agree to be telefragged then its rdm.

If we keep adding rules and regulations to the motd, then its going to start being the bible, and intimidate new players.

If it isn't written, and it isn't enforced, it as if the rule didn't exist then. You can't have unspoken rules, because situations like this happen.

414
It is kinda wrong to punish someone for a mechanic that we have no rules about. Its not listed anywhere, and shit I never even heard about it till just now.

Solved Applications / Re: [TTT] Link236's Application

I like link, hes a good guy, and pretty respectful, but I don't think he shows enough activity forum side and gameside really. You average .175 posts a day, and while you may have over the limit, and are probably just lurking, it makes it a little harder to get to know you for those whom play TTT, but may not be on at the times you are. I'm leaving my vote to a 0 for now.

What the hell is telefragging?

A thread where you were rage quitting, which is against CG rules, and on display for everyone else here who may have missed it at one point.
Kwaurtz your just trying to get people to -1 me... Just fuck off please... ANYWAYS STOP DERAILING THE THREAD FOR FUCKS sake. Back onto the thread, thanks for the opinions guys.

Not only is it not derailment, but this is a perfect example of what admins should not be doing in a thread. I merely provided evidence of my claims, and allowing others to see it so in case they may have missed it. Your actions are the only ones that are going to hurt you, all I've done is merely present it in an easy fashion for others to see.

No, after you made that thread about killing yourself nonsense, I don't believe you have the maturity to handle being an admin, especially in a high stress time for the admins like it is.

In The News / Re: Welcome to Kentucky...
« on: March 14, 2013, 09:06:36 AM »
It says
Quote
(1)   Any federal law, rule, regulation, or order created on or after January 1, 2013, including any amendment or other change made after January 1, 2013, to a preexisting federal law, rule, regulation, or order, shall be unenforceable within the borders of Kentucky if the law, rule, regulation, order, amendment, or other change attempts to:
(a)Ban or restrict ownership of a semi-automatic firearm, magazine, or other firearm accessory; or
(b)Require any firearm, magazine, or other firearm accessory to be registered in any manner.
So what, they can't restrict the guns at all? Wouldn't any federal level stuff trump the state law? I don't think a state law can declare federal laws unconstitutional. If I understand correctly, this is pointless.

Yup! That's because it is in the Constitution that the Federal government can trump all state laws.

Case in point. Weed is legal in Colorado, its illegal at the Federal level, so you can still get arrested and tried in a federal court.

But man, you gotta love Kentucky Right Kwuartz!

Elastic Clause.
