There were some RDM complaints earlier about him.
I can't quite recall the exact admin who banned him; it was either Slyder, Harper, or LeninCat
But he actually posted a ban appeal, so I think he should be un-banned. Half the people banned for dumb reasons can't be assed to post on the forums..

About the random arresting, I heard Kwaurtz say that you arrested him for breaking into a building, with no RP.
My guess is its because of your lack of a mic that you weren't able to explain the things you were doing

They don't give out veteran just for time I thought? I don't play ZPS so I don't know Sejo too well.
Good point. Not too sure about his admin abilities, but there haven't been any negative reports, so why not?

Yes, though we're not close, I've known Sejo (or of his existence in the community) for a VERY long time.
He deserves Veteran status just as much as the others.
