we have an island in Norway dedicated to the worst of the worst which is basically heaven to be honest, it is a location where they run a farm and those that show the best improvement are trusted so far as to being sent without supervision to the nearest city to buy supplies. We have yet to have any1 run away and flip shit.
I mean we live in two completely different worlds to be honest, in Norway we see people who have gone from what you describe to being the nicest people you would meet, but you are raised hearing stories about people coming out and never breaking free just keep doing the same things they did before like if they were insane.

I understand the logic of vengance when it comes to families who have lost loved ones, and in Norway there are many stories of this coming into play and going really badly... I mean vengance is a very base feeling in a human so this is the biggest flaw in our system =/

What does the farm do for the country? Is it just for the island and for helping to rehabilitate them or is it sold in stores?

I personally always found it odd that we kept criminals confined in small places not doing anything, when they could easily work on something like a farm.

I don't understand why they shouldn't work something to put back into society..

I temporarily turned to the dark side of Terarria ever since I bought it for me and my sister for 2.50 @_@

Sadly vanilla bores me, and apparently I can't use my chests or doors anymore because it's under the territory of pwnzors... so I haven't really wanted to play lately, but if we wipe/do something new that'd be awesome. I want to build a city or a world first and then open it to the public for play, and attempt nations or something similar.

Minecraft's just kinda boring after a few days, and there's nothing left to do; except what you've already done. Dig, build an awkward looking house, try to make something cool,................ and fuck bitches,repeatUnless you're constantly working on something, there's really nothing to do.

That's why my ideal minecraft is role playing. We could tell groups of people to mine together, get stone, start a mine, build a city, make everyone a house, elect a king/mayor, etc. Then as the server gains more players, split into different cities, have wars, become a nomad, do whatchu wanna do. Hopefully another update will be released soon, and that'll increase population drastically for a few days. Then would be a good time to open a new server like what I suggest..

IM NOT SURE WHO WAS BEING QUOTED HERE BECAUSE WHOLEGRAIN, HIS GRACE, IS VERY SMART.

I like the roleplaying aspect but no one ever wants to..

@Doc: Yes people that pay for hacks did all that stuff to spawn and everywhere else they could touch, I believe we banned one but the other we could not because he paid for good hacks, yes I said paid.

@Corey: Yes that would make sense, is the what they said Aug 1st?

@Pyro: We tried to roll back the server, but we ended up rolling back pretty far, so thats why its probably missing.

That sounds good, but I think 3 is too few. I would like there to be some sort of war going on but not include every nation..
the third would be caught at a standstill if the two happened to go to war as well. Maybe 4 or 5 nations so we don't just have 2 main ones that are the only two who will be fighting.

Make a second server alongside the original.

Tekkit adds too many things to be the main Minecraft server and leaves out the people who don't like having mods all over the place.

And don't you have to download something to play it?

I am not sure if you have to download something to play it, but it wouldn't be too hard to set something up on the forums and direct people there to play it, I'll look into that

Thing is, reg minecraft is not cutting it at all, seems like everybody plays for a good month, then is gone. Minecraft can be a drag once in a while, but I'm looking for a steady population, not something that just burns out and Tekkit seems to add so much that it tough to get bored, plus it will set us apart from other regular servers.

Everyone stopped playing because nothing was happening, we don't need Tekkit to get more people, we just need to advertise the server. You know, posting on Planet Minecraft and Minecraft Forums. I'm not sure if we can redirect to the website on those sites though.
