From when I've played with him, HerpDerp seemsed like a good guy. He just has to stop doing "derpy" things, and he should be fine. In my opinion, using you're own stupid actions as an excuse should not happen.

Neutral for now, you just joined and I have seen you a little bit, be active on forums and servers, give it a month or two.
I've been on conjoint for about a year now... 
And yeah, I know that I need to be more active, but I've been on 8 hours a week for the past 2 or 3 weeks (and plan on continuing that). (Cortez allowed me to apply btw w/o hitting the time requirement).
I also have over 120 hours on TTT...
Yeah he's been around a while, before my pre admin days
, he just doesn't stay on for long.
I've been trying to get atleast an hour or two (or more) everyday. So far today, i have between 2-3. Right now, the time I have put in , I feel, is my only flaw. But, I'm working on changing that. The vibe I've gotten from everyone's feedback right now is that I'm admin material, but I need to be on the server more frequently. There's really no way I can combat that point. It's true. And there's no way I can physically prove to you that I will frequent the server now and in the future. But, what I can do is tell you I will and hope you trust me enough to live up to that.

I have admined a few minecraft servers in other communities though. Why you wish to be admin: I want to be able to solve problems on the server. There is way too much RDMing, trolling, spamming, etc. going on, and it never seems to get noticed by admins. I've reported things with 3 or more admins on the server and nothing is done. I'm sick of trying to get an admin to come on and just want the problems out of the way right away. All in all, I just want to keep the server running smooth and let people have fun playing. What are good qualities you possess: I'm pretty calm for the most part. Trollers and stuff really won't get a reaction out of me. And, I always try to make friends with people on the server. Yeah, having a competitive team and a relaxed team would be great. I'm pretty much a beginner. I've played 20 or so matches, so I know the swing of things, but I pretty much limited to the basics.

I haven't really noticed the Vintar being quieter... And the problem is, if you hear a random scout, nobody is really suspicious. If you hear a Vintar, everyone and their grandmother is yelling,"TRAITOR!!! VINTAR!!!! SNIPER!!!! GET DOWN!!! HELP!!! MY LEG!!!! HE'S RIGHT THERE!!! UP TOP!!!" The Vintar should be made SUPER quiet. Otherwise, I don't see the point in getting it over a scout since hearing the Vintar is a dead giveaway that a traitor is there

Yep. I'm so confused. M16 is semi now and you can't get anymore ammo. I think you can get the G3SG1 w/o being detective. Vintar is just plain bad. This is all among other things... TTT MUST BE FIXED!
