To be honest, i wasnt an admin until around august or sept.
All i did was assisted in the best way possible.
So im not a good example to use =P
However someone like sand is a better example, after all shes like 14 when KAT was up and did more than what i can offer.
@ Jorgen Agreed that TTT does require a muture audience of admins rather than 'kids' to moderate and make decisions. (which is basically what Dark emo just explained)
Therefore; depending on the server that a newcomer decides on becoming admin he/she will need a minimum age to gain admin rights on that specific server.
And please kids, dont do drugs even if they do make your voice deeper.
I guess I just remember being like.. 16 and you being 14.. I mean I guess you weren't admin back then, but you were a constant and like.. idk xD YOU'RE STILL A GOOD EXAMPLE. Though the majority of the community is about your age I guess.. I LOVE YEW. TTT requires massive amounts of maturity and workload. Basically not old enough to work, then not old enough to admin TTT
Yeah, and younger people can be mature and handle shit. Again, maybe not 10 year olds and shit, but if they can hold their own against the trolls, and know how to handle shit in the game as an admin, they're good for admin. That goes for anyone. Like I said some older people aren't mature, and can't handle it. Some younger people can.

I think a revision should be
if they get 5 admins and 1 HA from that server than yes but it also has to be approved by a community leader
Essentially, any person who applies should require: A 4:1 minimum ratio of yes's to no's. Other admins must know and like them. Approval from community leaders should be invalid unless they know the player. Unless you just mean general approval so you know what's going on, then I mean, I get that. If he's too immature, people won't like them and recommend them. If there a good player, regardless of age, they're good. Doc was always younger than everyone but was/is one of the most mature people I know.
