I almost wish I had a tracball sometimes, so I could use my mouse on glass. Mine doesn't use any kind of red light or anything either, it's like, an invisible light. I didn't know they made invisible light anymore. Wat

Yea, i wasn't kidding about being away xP.

Im glad that things for zps are working out fine with the admins getting their respective position and 'powers' once again. Aswell as perma mute, gag & silence  on.

In the states, longboarding day and night is all i have to say. Watch over ZPS,

Ban on sight Ry for speedhacking/teleporting
and ban on sight agnel guy for ping masking.
that is all xP

One more thing wholegrain or whoever.
Boost up mines aswell as other admins to the same admin ranking/#/ Power level as kami and pillz. Thanks.

Ping masking isn't a ban-able offense, or an offense at all I think.. we just used to have the anti-ping masker. That maybe angel guy was asking about admin too, lul.

I propose a multi-head admin system, so when pwnd returns, he won't be the only one in charge, because in his time zone, that's not exactly enough. With the weight on two or three sets of shoulders, it should be an easier job, though CG has always had problems with multiple FTP accounts, as I recall. Or at least get one person on board who actually plays, and doesn't sit in the server idle in attempt to help out So we can like, maybe play something other than the 10 maps there, maybe change it to 11, or even 12! Perhaps even lower the infection rate to something that doesn't cause me to get infected every single fucking time whitey touches me. Etc.

We should make a bunch of theese questions and just ask 3 each, and you'd have to answear atleast 2 right to be viable.

They would have to be changed each and every application.

/Looks at old admins application/

/Checks their answer/

/Answers own application correctly/

Even if it were a short answer question, they could get the general idea from another applications, see how their answer was received, etc.

When it came to adding admins on ZPS, I would quiz them personally. I would give them a random situation and ask them to solve it without help from me. Because ZPS is practically unpossible to mess up from how I set up the punishments, I had every single admin ace the quizzes.

I realize here will be harder, because RDM is a very miserable thing, lofting around in a vast area of gray. However, I believe it can be achievable with time and effort. I like this idea of quizzing, but I don't think it belongs on an application. It gives the applicant far too much time to think of their answer, when all of us know that, as admin, we are forced to make quick, accurate decisions on the spot. Also, they're looking at the right answer; they just need to figure out which is correct. They can easily go ask someone else or take a random guess. When quizzed on the spot, it's easy to tell if someone else is getting answer from another person or not, or looking things up based on how fast they respond. Doing this in vent with a one-on-one or a two-on-one (for a witness) would be best and prevent cheating.

Please tell me what you think of my suggestion. :) (Technically not mine, but you get the point. :p)

I prefer the old idea of having an undercover admin negotiate a time where the new admin would be the only admin on, and we see how they respond to any situations that arise. We take notes, and we let them know, or post it on the forums. Trial admin should be a 2 week long period, where everyone's watching them and seeing if they deserve to be an admin.

you know i can agree with the fact that its not suppose to be addictive but if its not then why are there people that do it for 20- 30 years????? I mean when you have kids and crap should you really still be smoking?

Same reason if you play a PS3 or Xbox, and you enjoy it, you're probably going to be playing video games for a while.

My mom is a really nice lady, like you don't understand how much I love my parents, and I didn't even know she was doing that till like a year or two ago, when I started. When I'm high I can tolerate my sister a lot more, so I'd imagine it'd make it easier for parents to deal with their kids, and you'll probably make the kid laugh a lot more, so yeah, ftw.

Well. Any half-wit with a brain can see through questions like that, especially on an application for admin. Just as when you see those questions on job applications, you answer with what you assume they want to hear, that you'd be hardworking and efficient, while not all answers are always true.

It's a good idea, but perhaps we should just ask: Have you read, and re-read the rules for the server you have applied? Or something, so when they break rules themselves, or don't enforce rules correctly that they should know, they can be held accountable for their actions.

My question and its answers was just a sample,

the question and the answers on the actual application would go more in depth, with answers that are neither good nor bad, but just an insight on how they would handle the situation. Of course someone wouldn't put that they would ignore it and not do anything at all and just teleport themselves all around the map.

I wasn't talking about the question, I was talking about having a question in general. It couldn't hurt though, it's just an extra question on the app, that I doubt 100% of people will always answer truthfully, regardless of how you make the questions and answers.

Providing them with a situation is completely different than them being in said situation. One gives you possible answers to consider, the other doesn't. They might answer right on the forums, but yeah. Whatevs, ain't preaching against it, just saying people is gonna be towels n shit yo.

I think I just did something general on my forums that ranged from being a noob to a forum god. We should do something relevant to gaming or something CG like if we're gonna go and do that.

Floating? ahaha, more like a third eye opening in your chest or forehead or soemthing

Not literal floating I'd assume, but you just feel, good. I guess, and it's harder to make you mad. Really, I think marijuana works however you want it to work. Because people who smoke thinking it's going to be terrible, might experience that, unless you can guide them away from those thoughts. But idk, I don't think anyone who's ever talked to a tree, has ever heard anything back from the tree, just made shit up, and was like lolol im high.
