Roy: I could see how helping break a health station could get you killed, although if Herp had walked away before it was broken, then he shouldn't be killed. But why even break it? IMO thats just trolling.
I've noticed him doing this a lot. Just the other day, he waltzed up to the tester on 67th and smashed it, thinking he was immune because he was a detective. Then a confused inno shot him, then another shot him, and it became an RDM fest. I'm saying this to you Herp: stop it. Stop initiating RDM.

I think the tester ruins the fun of finding out who the traitors are, so I destroyed it for one round. Detectives should be immune anyway.

If Andy was hitting it and not stopping, me hitting it a couple of times would have done nothing - Andy was going to break it anyways.
Jesus herp, stop hitting health stations, and if worst comes to worst, hit the tester any time that you are NOT a detective, break the thing pre round if anytime at all. Please do that for me? Just break it pre round, and never health?

All fair points, except for the fact that we have our good friend kwuartz. He was permabanned under less than harmonious circumstances than kacey, and he's still here. Permanent is not always permanent. Whether Kacey should be banned or unbanned, I'm leaning towards against, but after this, we need a thread where we finally lay to rest whether permanent is permanent, because this is a mess.
I'm starting to lean towards kacey staying gone, as well.
EDIT- and by stating that we need a thread, I mean any that will solve the issue that comes up, is permanent, permanent. Month-3 months is as good a solution as any.

ANYBODY sees any minging, and we type out a a 4 word command. I don't see what he would want to prove to us through an unban that would last 30 seconds at most. Regardless, I have stuck by this in the past, permanent is permanent.
We have not proved that at all. We say it, but don't mean it. We pick and choose, as a community, which is good, but permanent is obviously not permanent. We have a willing and (arguably) good community member currently who can attest to that. (His name starts with a K, and I heard he cooks delicious food.)
We should stop with the double standards. They mean nothing. I have said this before many times, either we get an inbetween ban, (month bans) and stick with perma is perma, or we change the phrase to "permanent isn't always permanent." The double standard must stop.

Here is the new MOTD as it currently stands, I tried to make it smaller because people with low resolutions (Death) couldn't read all the rules on the last one
I tried to condense many rules together, and some are more general (like don't be a dick, and respect admins)
Don't cry if it looks shitty, I dont have PS I just threw this together quickly in paint.
Looks good. No spelling errors from what I can see, but I doubt this is a final draft anyways. That would work fine, anyone who doesn't take the 1 extra minute to read it is practically an idiot anyways. Not sure if you wanted to have something touching on the subject of respecting all players, but that is included in the "don't be a dick" rule.

When it comes to being a Head Admin, it relies less on his ability to admin, and more on his ability to be trustworthy and stay a pleasant-minded fellow. Christovski has treated me personally with any disrespect, and all of his actions have been taken for the good of the community, including many months as ZM admin, and a long standing community history.

I can't deny that the Wii U's been doing poorly in 2013, yes, it has problems. But to say that a major home console from one of the big three is forever doomed less than a year after its launch is just downright naive... I certainly remember how the PS3 was doing during its first year, all that was said about it in '06-'07 was "$600 and no games," and it went on to perform like it has. To say that less-powerful hardware will never sell is to ignore the smash successes of the GameBoy, PS2, and DS.
There's no denying that it's in trouble and will take some serious hard work to turn around, I concede that completely, but it's far too early to make a call. Blows my mind how quickly the world of journalism forgets that game systems have been in binds like this many times before.
