Personally I don't think it will be China because virtually all of their oil is imported and they don't have large reserves like western counties. I think it could be a European country because of the financial crisis.

What time and day did it happen (put down your time zone too): This has been happening for several months but my proof was captured between 7-8 pm (atlantic, -3 server time)

Caboose, I have lost a lot of respect for you in these past months. At one time I thought you were a good admin but I have learned that you are an abuser and you should have your admin powers removed or suspended. I think that a lot of admins have known about this and I encourage you to speak on this matter.

What type of suggestion?: Equipment
What does it do?: Adrenaline shot, makes you faster and increases your turn speed
Why should it be added?: It would give the traitors/detectives a chance to escape when they're about to die or if they've                      just killed someone

Don't know if you can just change the speed for a single player but if you can that would be awesome
