All members of CG, on the forum are expected to follow them at all times. Failure to follow will warrant a temporary and possibly even permanent bans from the forums and servers. Any rules broken inside of forum posts reserves us the right to alter or delete your post.
Conjoint Gaming Forum Rules:
1) No Personal Attacks, Flaming, Griefing, or Name Calling. If you can't be nice and respectful; we don't want you here.
2) Thread "crapping", spamming and/or bombing with pointless posts is strictly forbidden.
3) MINIMIZE SHOUTING (POSTING IN CALL CAPS). IT IS ANNOYING AND HARD TO READ.
4) Minimal Cussing – Please refrain from excessive profanity. Please do not use profanity in forum topic. We mean it, damn it.
5) No Posting, or linking, of Pornographic materials of any kind. If it is Not Safe For Work, it is not safe here.
6) Do Not Post Personal Information (ie. Names, addresses, e-mail accounts, images, etc.) of others, without specific permission of the person(s) involved.
7) No Buying, Trading, or Selling. (CG products are excluded. Tf2 and gaming tradable items excluded.)
8 ) Observe all Copyright Laws, including the DMCA.
9) No posting or linking to Pirated Material of any kind. Torrent links included.
10) Post in English Only.
11) Illegal Activities will not be discussed, suggested, engaged in, encouraged, or bragged about here.
12) Advertising of any kind, without specific permission from the Forum Moderator, and All Community Leaders, is not permitted. Referral or Commission posts included. Referral to other gaming clans, groups, or communities included.
13) All members are limited to One Account. Community Leaders, Head Admin, and Global Forum Moderator may have more than one.
14) Necromancing Threads. Threads over 4 weeks old should not be posted in, unless permission is given by the Forum Moderator. Stickied threads excluded. In non sticky threads dedicated to the listing of anything specific, such as music, it is permissible to necro in order to incorporate relevant information.
15) Cyber Bullying/ Physical Threats are strictly forbidden. Any such acts will be reported to the proper legal authorities. CG Forums will cooperate with law enforcement in this matter. Do not attempt.
16) Hacking/DoS (Denial of Service)/DDoS – No posts on “how to,†who you have, or who you will.
17) Rage Quitting – If you cannot leave the community in peace, we will ensure you can not return.
18) Racism of any kind is strictly forbidden here.
19) Homophobic and sexist behavior and/or language of any kind is strictly forbidden. The entire spectrum of the LGBTQ community is protected under this rule.
20) Misuse of Private Messaging, including personal attacks, advertising, etc. is forbidden. The privacy of users will be respected as long as they respect these simple norms.
21) Way Off Topic Box: The rules are more lax than the rest of the forum. Please note: Personal Attacks, Cyber Bullying, Sexism, and Racism are not allowed. But most things are fair game there... Fair Warning.
22) Forum Name shall not be sexual, racist, a curse word, nor anything offensive, or anything that breaks other forum rules.
23) No Double, Triple (more then one post of the same user in a row) Posting. The "Modify Post" button is there for a reason and is always an option.
24) Avatars cannot break any of the forum rules.
25) The forum rules listed here apply to the Shoutbox.
26) No excessively large or annoying Signatures, if your signature is too large it'll be modified and you'll receive a warning.
NOTE: Access to the Forum, Ventrilo Server, and Gaming Servers are privileges granted by the Community to all Members. Breaking the above rules have consequences. The Community Leaders, Head Admins, and Forum Moderator reserve the right to remove privileges for rule violations.
