Alot of the maps that are made for Zombie Master are actually quite good. And some of them are pretty hilarious. (Random V5, Cagefight, Mario World, ETC...) These ones get a laugh every time someone is killed.

Is it possible for someone to make a fun, playable ZPS or GM version of these maps?

You may want to check out the whole Bubonic Plague thing. Or the smallpox pandemic in South America. Or the Spanish Flu in the early 1900s. All of these combined killed close to a quarter billion.
