Old Time Aways / Cadaver is away for a while

Taking a break for a bit, won't have internet access available, so...

Around now through April 6th ish, or perhaps longer. Depends on how long my old friends can stomach me...

So. Fellows, do not be abusive on the forums when I am away. You will find the CL's are much less tolerant on rule violations...

So. Remember, if you cannot read in front of your mom, who also knows the stuff you are writing is 100% yours, then don't write it on here... Cause your mom may be on the forums reading... And some are.

Voice Server / Reinitiating the kicking of the AFK

Since we have a small Vent again, I suggest we have the rule of kicking any AFK members (in the AFK / away channel) so that we have true full use of the Vent server.

SIDE NOTE: Liked the old Vent info - which showed who was on, not our "rank" compared to other Vents. Useful on gaming servers. Useless here.

I think the map selection needs to be looked at.

I suggest the removal of all ZPA type maps, as they kill server. Several Stock Maps should stay (biotech) but I think we need to add some variety.

Fun maps included.

Help Section / steam lock up kills nvidia card drivers...

ZPS locked up to the point I had to turn off the computer to reboot. Then get the Blue Screen of Death, pointing out an issue with the nvlddmkm.sys file.

Going back to the last known good boot did NOT work. Startup repair did NOT work. Reloading the Drivers enable 2D work, but attempt to open any game (even Solitaire) and there is a Direct X error... Or, the computer freezes, and the screen flickers occasionally...

Nvidia 8600m series on Vista 32bit (yeah, its vista, yeah its 32bit, but it was a replacement computer at the time when XP was not available and 64bit Vista was unstable...)

There are others with this issue, apparent in the Nvidia.com forums, but NO response on how to fix the issue.

Zombie Panic: Source / Kat server lag between maps

Ok the KAT server has an issue. When it changes maps it lags to the point people have to disconnect and reconnect to join...
