Soo yeah first time actually bothering to check the development progress, im assuming this game is still happening?
If so what are initial thoughts?
I personally hope they don't butcher it like they did with Zombie Panic. Killing my desire to play the mod all together and killing the original due to lack of players.

Look, after what happened yesterday and the micspam thread yesterday from Sejo, I have to pretty much ask you guys what you would think about making the use of hldj in Zm...
I was also on yesterday and two people were just completely hogging the mic like there was no tomorrow, nothing was being done about it and I couldn't do anything about it cause I thought Arbys would just have a go at me for muting. I ended up leaving because I just had enough of listening to porn narratives.
I know this sounds bias, my personal opinion all along was to leave hldj to the admins only, and perhaps some special exceptions to regulars who play decent stuff. This does sound a bit harsh and bias, but it would lower the amount of micspam considerably, and usually micspam does force people onto other servers which has left our server relatively quiet most times.
Thoughts? Ideas? Im all ears.
Edit: I believe those who want to be exceptions should probably apply in the zm thread, and then people vote on it perhaps, they could list their main 'genres' or stuff of what they play, for people to consider.

Most of us will have seen this, of course everyone knows it's coming, but is it the right move? Personally I think it's a gigantic risk to ruining what the halo trilogy had previously become famous for in the gaming industry. If this maps out like Halo: Reach did then it could well end halo on a poor note, that's assuming I'm not the only person who thought Reach was the biggest pile of bullshit ever... What are your thoughts people?

Well, I myself have had a problem with the zm server and the new maps being added. Now as we know the server downloads the maps for you and placed into the zm folder, for me it just doesn't download and then disconnects me stating the map is 'missing'. Already spoke to Arbys and he has little/no idea, also planning to contact the uppers. Just throwing it out there in case anybody knows how the problem can be solved.
Long shot but hey, might get something!

Just for peoples to put what map they prefer the most, and the one they dislike the most. Reasons welcomed Best: Probably crocodile remake, Good map, lots of new tactics and ideas and funny stuff can happen. Plus it's actually textured =] Worst: Mouse alpha, Jesus christ... non textured, boring, dull, camping survival map which takes no skill to succeed in.

Most people probably seen this on the news or stuff, according to those involved they are rebelling agains 'social injustice' for police killing a man on friday, there has now been 3 days of riots in London and is spreading, it's hit birmingham and leeds, and slightly Plymouth as I know so far.
Funny thing is, they broke into a pound shop here in plymouth, of all the places to rob eh?
Personally I think it's retarded, what do you guys think?
