Restart Steam

I had this exact same problem yesterday, and just restarting Steam fixed it.

Didn't you hear? Garry breaking his own game was a good thing, and here is why: Cause he hates Garry's mod, especially TTT, so he tried to destroy it. He is like a self aware nuclear device "I have the power to destroy worlds.......lets F*cking do it!!"
