What occurred, what did the abuse consist of: Randomly slaying without asking first my reason to have "rdmed" someone and then proceeding to ban me
What time and day did it happen: 5 minutes ago
Please link any evidence: I forgot to take screenshots but there were witnesses on the server, one of them being Leomire
Additional comments: We were playing at ttt_lost_temple and I spawned as D. I had JUST joined the server. So there I was at the spawn with two other people as well as an AFK detective. I figured "well these two must be both Ts" since they were insisting in staying at the spawn instead of going down. I waited until both went down but the other detective was still afk, and I assumed not for much time since he was just typing stuff on the chat before he went afk, so I figured I'd try to push him down so if he came back from being afk he could actually play and help me. Unfortunately for him it was too late, because as soon as I started pushing him the map started to burn whoever was at the top, which happened to be me and him, so he didn't make it. I went down and played the rest of the round normally.
Then on the next round (can't recall which map but that's irrelevant) I get slain at the preround. I figured whoever did it was fucking around with me in a jokingly way and honestly IDC so I let it pass and said on the chat ">:O". Then for my surprise right when the round began I get slain.
So I opened up the admin chat with @ and asked "why did I get slain?". A few 8 seconds or so passed and no replies, so I went ahead and typed "????" (exactly like this). I dunno which admin it was and frankly I don't care said "stop spamming the admin chat". Then The Doctor said he had slain me for rdming the Detective on the last map. I was quite confused but then I remembered what had happened and CALMLY and IN ONE SINGLE MESSAGE explained to the admin on the admin chat: "what happened was this and that I gave the guy the last touch with my crowbar when I pushed him so it might've showed up as if I had killed him (which by the way never happened to anyone when I was an admin, but I digress)". Then AGAIN another admin said "stop spamming the admin chat". I CALMLY and RESPECTFULLY went in the admin chat and said "I was never asked why I had supposedly rdmed". Then AGAIN someone went (obviously trying to piss me off, unless whichever admin did it suffered from severe retardation) and said on the "@all" chat, "stop spamming". Then by that point was pissed and said -EXACTLY- like this on the admin chat: "terrible admin". Then BAM, banned for one hour for "admin disrespecting".

Also, on a side note, nice job being a bunch of sheeple and siding with him whichever other admins were on the server at the time without even knowning what was going on. Clearly shows how well prepared CG's TTT admins are.

I was there and yes this was unjust. I saw the whole thing, Camper did attempt saving his detective buddy and as a result was slain because the damage logs can not distinct when a map is killing a player because of a single push.
When he was banned I shortly after looked for an answer for everything and was dumbfounded when all of the admins could not answer. Not even after I confronted Doctor did I get an answer. I was then told to shut up from someone where I just calmly left the server. This whole matter occurred because of a mistake to push for the truth. Camper shouldn't have even been slain in the first place.
The only sort of answer I got was Doctor saying, "I asked him before the map changed." Normally I'd agree and say yes maybe it was justified but, I did not even see this message. I don't even think Doctor asked him. He sure as heck didn't after the map changed as he should have as people can't exactly see the chat as the map is changing.
This is saddening and I actually can say it's disappointing to see TTT's admins have fallen like this.

First) Me AND Yankees gave SEVERAL warning to stop spamming admin chat.
Second) I didn't ban you for admin disrespect, I banned for admin chat spam and it was only for an hour since muting doesn't take away your ability to use admin chat, I simply added the Admin Disrespect because I really don't know, I thought it should be in there as well (note the admin disrespect brought NO EXTRA TIME ON BAN).
Third) Why would you keep typing in admin chat when we told you to stop. You should have waited untill either next round or untill one of us died to ask after we warned the first time.
Fourth) You're lieing. Ask Tower or anyone to check logs, after the first or second message I (and yankees) said you were slain for rdming your D buddy (we had no part in the slay, we asked doctor why you were slain and thats what he said). You then continued to ask, we gave warnings, you direspected with that nice little insult, I banned.
The ban's only for an hour, as for doctor slaying I really have no clue as I was afk eating dinner that whole round.

So you're saying that two people, a regular and a veteran admin. Both are lieing because of logs? So the logs tell every movement in a round correct? They tell when a person was pushed? Instead of being so swift with the slay, Doctor should have asked for the reasoning behind the death one last time.

I was not the one who banned you, nor did I agree with the ban. I will admit that the slay was a mistake. I was going based solely off the logs which indicated you had slowly damaged the detective to killing him, which made me think it it was on purpose, the map/player damage mixup did not even come to my mind. This could go both ways. Heres the logs for the chat. I think he didnt need the slay after looking at it, but he did slightly spam. A mute would have worked just as well, but it was spaming admin chat. I didnt slay or ban here so talk to those two.

I see a mis-slay for not getting the whole story, which doc has apologized for, and "big nicked digger" (who I assume is camperstrike) disobeying and disrespecting an admin on something he didn't have the whole story either. You were asked to hold your tongue, you didn't and insulted the admin. I see a just ban.

I never disobeyed anyone since I was never given an order in the first place. All the admins were saying besides the answer I got from Mr. The Doctor was "omg pls stop da spam kty". I never really disrespected anyone either. If the admin can't take criticism without going full ban-happy mode then he's not fit to be an admin. And yes, that was valid criticism. I didn't go on the chat and typed out shit like "hey go fuck yourself you ****got kill yourself".

1) The death caused by Camper. The logs as you pointed out don't show the whole picture, and it must have been glitched cause both Leo and Doctor say you did not do it intentionally
2) Camper: Sort of spam but I have seen worse and it should have been a gag to stop, not a ban. I also disagree with your name choice, we all know what it means so you best not be playing on the server with that name.
3) Tyber: You sir are not telling the truth. There were not multiple warnings, there was one in chat (mic is another story, please ). You did not follow proper procedures, which is to gag, then warn about a ban, then the actual ban. You also banned him for spam and admin disrespect, not just spam like you claim.
4) Admins: Guys, you need to ask people why they rdmed. This slay/ban first, ask questions later is not how we do business. Use your heads please, you can tell when somebody is intentionally rdming, and when somebody has accidentally rdmed. I will blame myself for some of this, as I feel we really need a training program at this point, and I have not put much time into TTT cause of RL. Also saying terrible admins is not disrespect unless its repeated/spammed.

Dude, c'mon. I was not spamming. Maybe I was sending out messages rather fast but they were relevant to the discussion/subject, except for the last part in which I called Tyber a terrible admin.
The name doesn't 'mean' anything. Really, I can understand why maybe someone VERY sensitive would find this offensive but it literally doesn't mean anything. Anyone could interpretate any nickname whatever way they wanted to. I do respect the server rules though so I won't be joining it again with a similar name (if I ever rejoin it).

Gagging "since admin chat is a command" doesn't stop his ability to use it. And like I said, the admin disrespect added no time to the ban, I just thought I needed to add it.
Except it wasn't disrespect, and even then, its STILL a violation of protocol on your behalf. You don't ban for spam issues, and Old crow looked over the logs/Yankee's picture doesn't show at any point where you muted or gagged him.

And thats what I read. I warned, I actually thought you would just stop untill that disrespect, that (to me) showed clear spam.

As far I as I know, a gag won't disable admin chat. Other then that, I feel like because tyber and yankees are somewhat closer to myself, I should have been on to sort of "mentor" them if you will, I knew that new admins we're rolling in, but I didn't make an effort to brief them on certain aspects of admining on ttt.
Also camper, I would agree with you, this was not spamming, and the admin "disrespect" was not nearly as harsh as anything I've seen before.

Kwuartz has a good point. Maybe all the ttt admins including myself need a refresher on how to handle these kinds of things. I never received a formal training myself regarding these kinds of situations, as waffuls was supposed to help me, but she's gone now. I tried to pickup stuff from other admins, this isn't something that takes a day, but a couple weeks to get down to the point.

Use your heads please, you can tell when somebody is intentionally rdming, and when somebody has accidentally rdmed. I will blame myself for some of this, as I feel we really need a training program at this point, and I have not put much time into TTT cause of RL. Also saying terrible admins is not disrespect unless its repeated/spammed.

1st of all, 'Terrible Admin' isn't disrespect, not really, its frustration that hes not being answered. Also, one warning and for what, five messages? You are an admin first, player of the game second. Had he been answered in a timely fashion the need for messages would have been finished. Instead, this happened. When you see 'admin disrespect' its more along the lines of 'admin harassment'. You see it as disrespect Tyber, but calling someone a 'terrible admin' isn't disrespect, its a matter of perspective.
Had it been more along the lines of spamming the admin chat or saying:
"FUCK YOU ADMINS"x3
"Tyber is a ******"
Or something along those lines, sure, thats disrespect.

Okay, so you might want to make clear that admins aren't immune to that rule. I'm not gonna point out names but they'll most likely read this (or already are) and they know what I'm talking about.

I'm sure I did, as I really can't see myself giving him one warning then sitting and waiting until he typed all of that and not warn again.
And kwuartz I answered him, and since I was afk I didn't know anything of the ban, and doctor wasn't answering him it looked like spam.
I answered why he was slain, he kept on about it, doctor, who slayed him, wasn't responding to him, this made me feel like it was said and done, so he was spamming.
Again, I'm sure I warned again over mic ( scratch that, almost positive ) he then said a couple more things then said "horrible admin".

At no point does it look like spam or admin disrespect. He was inquiring about why he got slayed, got an answer, gave a rebuttal, said "terrible admins" then banned.
If it had just been left alone there with no ban, this would probably be nothing, but Tyber, you jumped the gun. If Doctor is the one dealing with it, you should probably let him unless he asks for help, or somebody is truly spamming/ needs to be dealt with. Doctor even said that it was a mistake to slay him.

Old crow has access to all of the logs including chat, so he already said it wasn't spam, which it wasn't.

I read the punishment standards many times, and was under the impression that a warning was sufficient enough for an hour ban.

That's because it isn't. It's constructive criticism at most. You shouldn't be bothered by it if you know it's not true. I got called a bad admin regularly when I was still one for slaying/banning people, I'm pretty sure most admins still do.

Honestly? I don't care about the ban. I care about people who have no clue on how to manage things and/or who quickly jumping to conclusion without looking at the circustances first being given adminship. Similar situations have occured to me, it now has happened to you and will continue on occuring on rookies or even experienced admins because they're never really trained, if at all.
I can't really believe you after having you lie in at least half of your posts, but I GUESS you didn't mean it. Like I've said, I was an admin once on this same community and similar things happened to me. Fortunately I had admins to help me. I suggest you either resign or look for more experienced admins to shape you up.

From my point of view at that time, you were an horrible admin. You could've: a- dismissed it and banned me if I kept on calling you one since THEN it would be spam or b- try to consider if there's anything wrong with you as an admin and try to get better.

This is how this will be solved.
Doctor -> Good on you for apologizing when you realized you'd made a mistake. We're all human, I've made my fair share.
Camper -> Be happy I do give you a longer ban for that name. Racism is not allowed and you know that. As a former admin I'd expect you to show some respect and when the admins say "Stop using admin chat" do so and talk to in between rounds. You ever come into the server with a name like that again I'll personally perma-ban you from CG servers. Saying "Terrible admin" is not constructive criticism, because constructive criticism means you told them what should be improved. That was a general insult.
Tyber -> You are way to harsh with "admin chat spam". You need to develop thick skin as you will be called a lot worse for enforcing the rules. You are on thin ice. Ask senior admins before you ban for chat spam from now on. You behavior was also border-line disrespectful
For Reference I bolded the things that should not have been said:
Name of player reporting abuse: Camper Strike (named Big Nicked Digger at that specific moment)
So I opened up the admin chat with @ and asked "why did I get slain?". A few 8 seconds or so passed and no replies, so I went ahead and typed "????" (exactly like this). I dunno which admin it was and frankly I don't care said "stop spamming the admin chat". Then The Doctor said he had slain me for rdming the Detective on the last map. I was quite confused but then I remembered what had happened and CALMLY and IN ONE SINGLE MESSAGE explained to the admin on the admin chat: "what happened was this and that I gave the guy the last touch with my crowbar when I pushed him so it might've showed up as if I had killed him (which by the way never happened to anyone when I was an admin, but I digress)". Then AGAIN another admin said "stop spamming the admin chat". I CALMLY and RESPECTFULLY went in the admin chat and said "I was never asked why I had supposedly rdmed". Then AGAIN someone went (obviously trying to piss me off, unless whichever admin did it suffered from severe retardation) and said on the "@all" chat, "stop spamming". Then by that point was pissed and said -EXACTLY- like this on the admin chat: "terrible admin". Then BAM, banned for one hour for "admin disrespecting".

Also, on a side note, nice job being a bunch of sheeple and siding with him whichever other admins were on the server at the time without even knowning what was going on. Clearly shows how well prepared CG's TTT admins are.
