He/she needs to be an admin, and since allie has been admin for <insert short amount of days here>

Jay seems to be a responsible person. Even though he's not an admin he tries to maintain order within the server whenever me or any of the other admins aren't one.
He's a very calm person, who takes things very easily and he's goes on the server a lot. He came to me just now at 4 AM asking for help, like who does that? Obviously someone who cares about the CG ZPS server.
He's on whenever I'm not on ( I'm on zps A LOT now).
Jay deserves my vote, this coming from me, a guy who's been on zps the 2nd most in the past 3 years of my active experience.
I can tell he'll end up being a great admin.
EDIT: His forums posts count surpasses the minimum requirement. The posts themselves even are contributory to the CG ZPS server giving us feedback and ways to improve it and such. Honestly he makes the perfect candidate.

Alright; all positive responses and a definite yes from me!
Accepted! Next time you're on the server with us have an admin or I walk you through the basics, and whatnot. Read the rules for ZPS and the forums over and over till it's memorized and let us know if you have any questions. You'll be a trial admin for a month or so until we feel you're good enough to ban and unban people; until then you'll have simple commands like kick slay and votes/mapchanging powers, glad to have you on the team!
