What were they doing: They said 'gimme an incendiary' and followed the mob to the gas station (we were at the map with the train, idk what it's called), and then threw it right into the mob, the explosion went off right after it started.
Which server was it: TTT
What time/day was it (include timezone if possible): 5:23pm PST
Additional Notes:
Not much, weren't any admins on, etc. Considering that he's wearing the CG tag he probably plays on the server enough to know it's against the rules.

Just Clarifying...
so it was a pre round grenade? if so did it kill anyone. Damage logs?

Yes it was a pre-round nade. I do not have the logs, I died a bit later and left. As you know, there were no administrators online to get the logs during the round, and as I've mentioned before to various people, gmod is messed up on my computer, and whenever I press the tilde my game crashes, so I cannot access the console.
I don't necessarily expect you to ban him on my word, but I'm just throwing this out there, in case you see him online, keep an eye open.
