From what I remember custom maps usually don't do well on KF except for a select few.

Doesn't really matter all that much considering mostly CG members play on the server. I've played on a few custom maps on a random server and they filled right up. So far West London NIGHT and the School seem pretty popular as far as maps go.

Any Arcade maps would do perfectly.
