Which do you think we should use?
My vote is for evocity since it's bigger and allows for more features with size.
Don't post before looking at evocity and please use reasoning.

I think we should switch to Evocity because it's a MUCH bigger map making the map less crowded when there is 20+ people. Also, having Evocity gives us the option of having vehicles and a car dealer, which will give people more to do. I have many more reasons, but for now, I think this is all I need to say.

I say no because expanding on something we don't want to expand on (evo city would probably also want to up the slots to 40 at least) and there are already servers out there with 64 players
its a gamble we may lose our player base that we have and i don't see a point if we are just letting darkrp flow for right now

If we got perp I'd definitely apply for admin on it :P I am addicted to PERP, and admined the original. Also, EvoCity v33x is good, its a mix of Evo2 and Evo_v2p, also supports day and night scripts.

perp rp is way better then dark rp.

As far is I remembered, Downtown_V2 crashed for me, Prolly a loop bug that caused the RAM error.

what wholegrain says is right we could lose all the players we have and if u we change map less people will be willing to download it but rp_downtown_v2 is a shitty map and im going to try and find the newest version of it cuz v2 has so many errors in it so if anyone has a good downtown version they want to see tell me here

I propose we use a server that we currently aren't using at the moment (CS:S) and create a PERP RP server, not as a secondary, but to test it. If all goes well, we have a vote, and if the vote is successful we switch it over. OR, we leave the server the way it is, and have both a DarkRP and a PERP RP server. I'd be willing to set up PERP (with some minor assistance since I've only dealt with DarkRP) and get a fully functioning server set up.

Only problem is getting the files. I have some scrap PERP files that we can code with but we need a hella good coder to mess with them and make them work. Or Wholegrain knows a guy who runs a server apparently.

if not i have a friend who would probably allow us to have a mutual agreement he has it mostly cracked and its playable but 1% of it doesn't work we fix that last part up and than we both get the full version of perp
