Do you have past admin experience: Some, but it was ages ago, for a gaming community Byond. I was also a member of the Azeroth Sharing Group for WC3/Dota which was a group designed for eliminating game ruiners.
What are some good qualities you possess: I'm on, alot, I've got quite a bit of freetime, I get along with everyone, and I usually die fairly early in the round so I can deal with alot of the rdmers and whatnot.

I've seen him in the server quite a bit and although I don't know him super well, he seems like he would make a good admin.

I think Kwaurtz would make a great admin! He's fair about most things, he's fun to play with and he's generally a cool guy. Although my opinion doesn't count for shit, I say GIVE IT TO EM'. :D There does seem to be an excessive amount of admins now, but if anything, put him on reserve for when a couple badmins resign.

I think we would be fine with atleast 1 or 2 more admins. Recently I have been seeing some slack and some lack of admins being on the server at certain times.

Iv seen him he seems like a nice guy and seems to know the rules well, im not sure if we really need more but im giving him thumbs up anyway.

The only reason I'm applying is because there are an excessive amount of admins yes, but the admins are always on at the same time and clustered. I've logged on at times where there was not a single admin logged in for about an hour and the cure to RDM was another RDM.

This is true. I've been seeing a lot of "We have too many admins", but honestly you don't have enough active admins. It's usually the same 5 guys online at different times of the day.
Also: I've never heard Kwaurtz talk...does he have a mic?
