MyLord is falsely accusing me of RDM. I am Om We Tod Did and this is what happened from my point of view.
Early in the round MyLord had picked up a rifle, normally i randomly pick someone and looking for little tells as to what they up to. After i grabbed our guns i still watched MyLord. As i was watching him i witnessed him crouching near a car, doing what looked like looking for a snipe lane. That put me on huge alert of MyLord. So i continued to follow him. Which led us into a building, which led to a small argument in the building. At this point i was waiting to find proof to kill MyLord. So i continued to follow him. MyLord started getting mad for me following him. Which at that point was what i was waiting for. He gave me warning after warning to back off but i continued to ignore him in the hopes of a warning shot. after 4 warnings he shot me with his rifle, that he had sense the round started. After his warning shot put me to exactly 52 health i waited to him to stop moving and landed a well placed deagle headshot. He was traitor as i suspected. He was obviously not happy that i found him out so he put in a rdm report. I do not want to get banned for being good at reading peoples actions.

that was actually a quite nice traitor kill =P sad thing is that, people who snipe can at times be innocent and put you really badly off, sometimes i lay down in a scouting position just to check the area and see who are where, the best place where you need to do that at times is island, because then you can see who is lacking and who is in the tunnels, tunnels is one of those places innocents go but never return from =P

hehe nice kill but yeah Jorgen is right i snipe too when i'm innocent, just to see whats going on from a faraway view

I believe the rule (or so I was told by a bunnch of the admins) is that if someone follows you you have to warn them 3 times to stop following you (like the claiming territory rule) before you are allowed to shoot them for continuing to follow you. Could be wrong but this was part of a discussion with a group of admins on the TTT server about a week and a half ago.
Regardless if he shot you first you had every right to kill him.

if they shoot at you you have the right to shoot back squeak, your logic is pretty flawed there...
see it from his perspective even if he was warned he would either be 1 out of 2 killed by a traitor or killed by a innocent-.- either way he would be killed he therefor had a right to defend himself by a or b, failing at killing him or killing him either he killed a person shooting at him.. or he killed a traitor ...

In my books thats RDM. It says that you can tell people to stop following you, he gave you 4 warnings, and then he even gave you a warning shot. If i was him i would of killed you. You didn't have enough proof, a warning shot is not proof.

I'm pretty sure in any videogame, if someone shoots me I'm not gonna just go OK well I'm gonna leave now. If someone shoots me, I kill them, or they kill me. Don't shoot people unless you are gonna follow through with it I say.

I believe that part of your story is flawed, I didn't report you and I actually got over it pretty quick, if you remember.

I agree with Remscar, he/she shot you because you were following them and acting suspicious, he/she didn't shoot you because they were a traitor, they shot you because you were following them. if there intention was to kill you there would be no warning shot. That was definitely RDM on your part.

this is my main beef with TTT: too many rules that need to be enforced by people because the game doesnt enforce them. it seems all peoples definitions of RDM and other things are all different. this makes it a royal pain in the ass. If someone shoots me, I shoot back. Period.

I agree. hopefully if i get the admin i will be able to help.... locked for lack of relevance. if you have any problems with the rules please either start a new topic or post on the what is rdm topic. *locked*
