Compared to World of Warplanes it did many things right (graphics, tier trees), some things wrong (*cough* Russian aircraft bias *cough*) but after thinking about it and talking to Liam about it, I'm going to give it another go.

I've lost faith that World of Warplanes will ever leave Beta, or that Wargaming will ever update it since they seem to move only slightly faster then CG when it comes to implementing things:

Jokes aside, does anybody want to join me to play this? You don't need a joystick, actually playing with a joystick is a slight disadvantage (something else that irked me, but I'll play with it cause y'know, I'm a pilot). When I was playing World of Warplanes, I had quite some fun when playing with random people, and Krolin played with me as well.

The game is completely free and is available on Steam.

All in all, the game is like 10 times better with friends playing. I'll be playing it again tomorrow unless something comes up.

Post by: Old Crow on September 25, 2013, 10:27:27 AM: Me landing with no elevator controls which is even more difficult in the game, because IRL if you increase power, you go up, and if you decrease, you go down due to lift on the elevator, assuming its stuck in the 0 degree position. In this game its the opposite and much harder to control.
