I'm sure a lot of people who are interested in this kind of stuff have probably already heard of this, but for those who have not, here is a fun little set of challenges for you. http://projecteuler.netProject Euler is a series of challenging mathematical/computer programming problems that will require more than just mathematical insights to solve. Although mathematics will help you arrive at elegant and efficient methods, the use of a computer and programming skills will be required to solve most problems. Ideally you want the program to efficient enough to solve the problem within a minute on the average computer. The challenges require some programming ability, but ultimately they seem like mathematics challenges, as you have to find out how to solve them before you can implement it into a program.

For those who don't know, Andrew Hussie (Creator of homestuck) started a kickstarter to have his marvelous web comic made into a video game. It reached its goal in a matter of days. The goal was 700k, it's currently at 800k, and that number is only going up.
Not really sure what to expect, but if the game is actually good and gets popular, I'm going to laugh at all the people who haven't actually read the comic.
This should be interesting.

I'm looking for a keyboard. I do not want to spend over 100$, although you can find some things significantly cheaper on ebay or amazon so I may still go for keyboards above that range. Not that I want to spend that much. Right now it's between these: - Logitech g15 (found it used for 40$ amazon used lol)
- Steelseries merc (maybe stealth version depending on cost)
- Roccat arvo
- Roccat isku
And for mechanical keyboards: - Razer blackwidow (standard version, fuck the lightup one)
- steelseries 6gv2
I feel like I'm either getting the steelseries merc for the addition on the side which looks very useful, or one of the two mechanical keyboards. Between the two mechanical I'm leaning towards the steelseries 6gv2 simply because it has cherry black mx switches compared to the cherry blue mx switches the razer blackwidow has. Info on switch types for those uninformed.Still undecided though. Making this thread for opinions and input. What keyboards do you weirdos use/like? Anybody tried mechanicals before?

We we got three different groups of people bringing loads of mortars and roman candles, we get halfway through it and the cops drive down our street. They threaten to give us a $1000 fine (Not sure how they plan on doing that, we had about 20 people.) At least we didn't get fined though, but they shut us down on the illegal stuff.
Shot off some more fountains and crap. We packed up and shot off the biggest mortar we had left XD.
Will put a vid of us nuking a cardboard box and some of the mortars later.

Sometimes when people register on the forum it says their email/IP is spam and doesn't let them register, why is this?
Was talking to someone on server today who wants to register, but he cant'.
Can't CLs disable this spam filter thingy? You guys should.
Anyway I got this guy on my friends list on steam, someone should fix this and lemme know.

Favorite games and characters and why. Try not to spoil shit for people who haven't played.
MSG3 is amazing, amazing story, eva is the best character ever, I'd elaborate, but you really need to beat the game to understand. Ocelot is awesome yet obnoxious, and the game is just fantastic all together.
Haven't played the fourth yet, but am replaying all the games in the HD collection then moving on to the fourth, to refresh myself on the story.
Also, snake eater theme is impossible to skip. So fucking good.

Anyone got Bastion? Bought it a few days ago and put a couple of hours into it. It's interesting, I like the narration aspect of it.
It was on sale, got it for $6, sale is over now though, sadly. Was a midweek sale.
What do you guys think of it? Anyone own it?
