No worries, I dunno why it would look like I was aimbotting though, cause I wasn't  Too bas the footage was corrupted, cause I'd really like to see it, and may be keep it for bragging rights since that was my best T round in a while

I did see one unrelated ban on the steamid, but its only reason was "legacy ban," listed as 2011

Thats cause when I first got gmod in 2011 I was a little shit and minged a couple freebuild servers by spawning cars and driving into people. Not really into that any more, so not to worry

Additional comments: I was playing TTT just now, and it was my T round. We were on Richland, and I was in one of the apartments, on the upper level. I tried to go through the secret door (a wardrobe or something), only to find someone blocked it off, so it would open halfway and close again. The guy who blocked it off was looking through the door, so I popped a couple rounds in him with my Mac 10 and went to the medicine cabinets (a point where you can move between apartments) to flank him and finish him off. When I opened the cabinets, there were 2 dudes coming through, I shot them both.
At this point my radar updated and I saw the original dude move, so I thought he was coming around to shoot me in the butt. I went back to the wardrobe to make sure he wasn't going to sneak up on me. The wardrobe wouldn't open, so I went back to the cabinets, where there was 2 more people coming though, so I shot one guy, and the other killed me with a shotgun. I tabbed out to check something since I was dead, and when I came back I got this:



A mighty fine compliment for my good work as a T, but quite the inconvenience. I've been a member of CG for a little while, and I love the community way too much to do anything that I would think could even get me kicked, much less banned. I hope this can be resolved so I can play again!

I don't think I have the program to view the file so I didn't bother downloading it.

WAVs are natively supported by Windows. If you're on Mac, I think iTunes will play it

I'd love to see screenshots when its done though, good luck!

Right now it's all dev textures. I'll add screens when I have the geometry and textures worked out.

lost temple was the best old map

I really love lost temple just for hanging out above the shoot and murdering AFKs as a T

My favorite maps are ones like rooftops and richland, with wide open areas instead of cramped hallways like one small shamble and 67thway.

I'm making a map for CJ's TTT server using my newfound knowledge of Hammer, and I'd thought I'd post a little teaser for it here, since I do love this TTT board

Anyhow, the map's going to be called ttt_library, so far I've put about 2 hours into it, and I'm working on it in bits and pieces. I do get Thanksgiving break soon, so I'll probably finish it up then and reveal it to the world.

Not really, GMod added Scriptenforcer in either 12 or 13, which basically prevents the use of client-side LUA scripting. To use scripts, you'd need a bypasser, and those work through injection - punishable by a Garry/VAC ban.
My keyboard uses macros, which aren't a result of scripting, but rather driver input/output. I can do the exact same thing in console without it getting picked up by scriptenforcer, because it's engine-based, not LUA scripting. I have the same thing to auto-build items with hotkeys in DOTA 2, and I haven't been VAC'd yet.

Yeah, but does bhopping provide an advantage in any way? From what I've seen, it just makes you go marginally faster.

So on the TTT server, bhopping is pretty sweet. Lotsa guys do it. Unfortunately, I'm crap at it.
I checked the rules and it didn't say anything on keyboard macros, but I thought I'd check just so I don't get banned. Here's what I would like to do:
I have a Razer keyboard, and Razer Synapse lets me set macros and bind them to keys. So in order to pro bhop, I could do something like pic related, and it would be roughly the same as binding jump to mousewheel and spamming that, instead it would be like my spacebar was my mousewheel spamming jump.

Would this be against the rules? It's not anything injected, and all it's doing is helping me to jump around the server and yuk it up.

I'd bind this to loop as long as I was pressing my spacebar.
