i keep getting this on my steam. seems to make my audio wonky (noise,distortion, or not able to hear me)

*steam on latest update, windows 8, sounds clear on skype

anyone have any fixes?

Why you wish to be admin: No admins in my timezone at this time so that would be helpful when the other admins are away or sleeping. (pacific time zone)

What are some good qualities you possess: I follow the rules and I try to resolve issues when there aren't admins on, it doesn't always work, but I try..

Additional Notes: I do not tolerate any bullying or disrespect towards other players on the server... I just don't think it's acceptable. I'm also friends with several of the admins on the hidden servers already so I can get along with them well.

Clearly told him to leave me alone and to stop tking spartan and me over voice chat, just ignored me -_-* this also occurred over two map rounds, and the punishment wouldn't appear sometime which i found annoying... either way hope this is enough proof.
